About these terms
This website is a personal portfolio operated by Martin Bajac, Montevideo, Uruguay. By browsing it you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
The site exists to present design work and professional background. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a contract or professional advice. Any working relationship would be governed by a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, code, illustrations and case studies on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. The product screenshots and brand assets shown belong to the respective clients and companies, and appear here as portfolio documentation with their knowledge.
You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not:
- Republish, sell or redistribute the content as your own work.
- Use the case studies, screenshots or client assets in a commercial context.
- Scrape the site to train a model or build a derivative product.
- Use my name, likeness or client names to imply an endorsement or a partnership.
Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
Fonts and third-party code
This site uses Instrument Sans and JetBrains Mono, self-hosted and licensed under the SIL Open Font License. Their licences are included in the fonts folder. There is no other third-party code on the site.
Accuracy and availability
The site is provided as is. I try to keep the figures and case studies accurate, but metrics reflect what was measured at the time and may have changed since. I do not guarantee the site will always be available or error free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to external sites, such as LinkedIn or the live products described in the case studies. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Montevideo, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
